Role

Join Bango’s Product Leadership Team as a Group Product Manager, where you will lead a team of Product Managers and directly shape the future of Digital Vending Machine® — the backbone of subscription bundling for global businesses. The Group Product Manager is the path Product Managers take into Product leader roles, with exposure to executive planning and cross-org influence.  This role blends strategic ownership with hands-on product discovery. You’ll be part of one product team to work with directly and deliver impact and coach others across your group to have wider impact, helping Bango scale Digital Vending Machine® globally.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Leadership 
  • Own the strategy and roadmap for your product group.
  • Translate strategic goals into measurable initiatives with clear business outcomes.
  • Champion a data-informed and commercially astute product culture. Team Coaching 
  • Manage and grow PMs in your group to be the next product leaders. 
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing product culture.   Cross-Functional Collaboration 
  • Align across the product teams, ensuring end to end focus.
  • Align stakeholders across the company engineering, delivery, marketing, sales. 
  • Drive successful launches and ongoing product success.   Discovery & Delivery 
  • Lead discovery, hypothesis validation, and solution shaping. 
  • Prioritize across customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility - including revenue and cost considerations.   Bango values initiative, creativity, and ownership. Essentials

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS or platform business environment.
  • Strong grounding in product viability, with a solid understanding of revenue drivers, cost structures, and how product decisions impact unit economics and profitability. 
  • Proven track record of end-to-end ownership of product areas and in delivering product value in environments with shifting priorities and evolving requirements. 
  • Strong discovery, hypothesis-testing, and customer validation skills. 
  • Technical fluency to be comfortable discussing APIs - you don’t need to code, but you do need to speak engineer and technical audiences. 
  • Experience managing or mentoring PMs or cross-functional teams. 
  • Experienced working cross-functionally with engineering, delivery, commercial and support teams. 
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills - able to listen deeply, influence stakeholders, and articulate decisions clearly. 
  • Ability to represent complex product decisions clearly, persuasively, and with supporting rationale.

Domain & Market Knowledge 
  • Experience with subscriptions, entitlements, telco integration 
  • Exposure to monetization, pricing models, or contract structures Technical Environment 
  • Understanding of platform business models and technical customer roles.
