You lead through your technical credibility, influence, and systems thinking – not through line management. You shape how the team builds, learns and improves. We are seeking a VP of Account Management and Customer Success to lead our post-sale growth engine, with responsibility for Account Management, Customer Success, customer retention, expansion revenue, and long-term customer value. This role will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team that ensures customers are successfully onboarded, actively engaged, receive measurable value, renew consistently, and expand over time. The VP of Account Management and Customer Success will create the strategy, operating model, playbooks, customer success framework, KPIs, and team structure needed to drive predictable growth from existing customers.

RoleThe Junior Customer Success Analyst, North America reports to the VP of Account Management, Americas and Iberia. This is a customer-facing role focused on helping help customers achieve measurable outcomes (ROI, efficiency, revenue) while increasing retention, expansion, and product stickiness—using benchmark and platform data as the primary decision tool. The Analyst will also help customers define and achieve their business goals and continuously increase the realized value of the Bango platform.

Reporting to the Director of Technical Services, as a Senior Cloud Engineer – Core Platform at Bango, you will play a key role in the design, evolution, and operation of our cloud-native platform.You will work on the continuous improvement of the core Kubernetes platform, contributing to the implementation of new platform capabilities, improving reliability, scalability, and security of the infrastructure used by our engineering teams.

In this product marketing role, you will be responsible for creating the product promise, managing the product offer, and communicating the product propositions that differentiate the Bango Digital Vending Machine (DVM), focusing on the reseller.
You will lead every aspect of the product journey – from market analysis, proposition development, market positioning, naming, pricing, understanding the competitive landscape and external communications. The goal is to create a market-winning product for resellers.
